In this case you have to get NC-Softs attention they handle the online store NOT A-NET.

TBH, I have had a few credit card fraud things hit me (lucky I was paying attention and didn't lose out on it). Not to implicate NCSoft, but that was the only common connection that I was able to find in the cards that got hit.

You allways have to pay attention to your CC statments, even if you only use it in regular stores

Then surfpin properbly charges to much for the sevice for it to be worth it for NC-soft, so you will be out of luck with A-Net also .

not really just about 50-75 cents per dollar.
so we would probably pay an extra 5 dollars for the bmp.

They do charge NC-Soft aswell, thats why many companys and stores don't do credit card transactions under $10, and NC-soft might think that the fee Surfpin is charging is to high on an item for $9.95
LOL 50-75 cents /$, thats 50-75% thats a ripe off, here we call it SCAMMING

Don't need Surfpin, I have my plastic and can use the store any time. Your the one who must be poor since you cant even afford a Pre-Paid CC.
And why pay $15 when you can buy it in the store for $9.95 ?????????

You can get a PRE-PAID Debit/Credit Card at any age in the majority of EU (I know, used to live there).
LOL, They would have to sell it to the stores for less than $5 (stores need to make profit aswell) plus pay for disk and paket and distrubution, it's not free. Not much left after that.
They don't lose many sales by selling it online, people who really wants the BMP find ways to get it from the online store.

well I've tried every possible way i even tried getting a pre-paid debit card were i live but i couldn't they said i had to be 18 or older or have a parent(they wont let me)
adding surfpin will be a whole lot easier than shipping to stores and if they add surfpin to the entire online store im sure anets revenue will increase by more than over 71% (study made on online games who use surfpin).
so right now i dont see a reason why they dont let us use surfpin and i really want the bonus mission pack but it is not within my reach until i can paybyphone.

So your saying they would have sold over 8.5 mil game boxes insted of 5 mil if they had Surfpin? Don't you think the financial department at NC-Soft would know about things like this?
What looks simple to you might not be that simple in real life when you have to look at the bottom line in economics. (Income-cost=profit)

So that survey have no bearing on GW and their use/not use of surfpin.
What I can gather from your posts, your parents don't approve of your "need" to buy the BMP pack, so you want to charge it to the phone bill and then take the "punishment" later when the bill arrives? Am I correct?
